Scott Townley, Piano Technician / Tuner with AAA Piano Service of Washington, has been tuning, moving, and repairing pianos since 1987. His customer service, professionalism, and expertise have earned him recommendations and referrals from his clients.
As a member of Master Piano Technicians Guild and an associate member of the Seattle chapter of the Piano Technicians Guild, Scott continues to sharpen his tuning skills enabling him to be ready to handle any possible situation that may be presented during a tuning. In the fall of 2025, Scott attended the APTTA International Piano Technicians convention in New Zealand where he continued his education and training with clinicians from Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and the United States. With the additional understanding, he is able to exceed the customer's expectation and seeks to educate them about their piano. ​

Need a piano moved?
Although he no longer moves pianos, he has recommendations of businesses that do an excellent job at it. Scott can follow up the move with tuning the piano at least 2 weeks after it is done.
